True-life action about the head of a power line team sent in to fix the grid just as a huge storm hits Texas. 16 years after his brother is killed while working on electricity lines, gruff lineman Beau Ginner keeps as close eye on his niece Bailey as he does on his circuit breakers. He does not think much of her moody boyfriend Duncan, particularly when he gets a job on Beau's crew. However, both men have to put their differences behind them when a big storm knocks out all power in the area.
